Intended audience:
This series is developed for the professional and volunteer leaders of nonprofit organizations including executive directors, board officers, board members, development officers, or those aspiring to any of these positions.

Instructor Kevin D. Monroe:
Kevin D. Monroe serves as director of Greenleaf Consulting Partners and works with organizations and institutions interested in adopting and implementing “servant leadership” philosophy, principles and practices.

He serves as a consultant to a number of federal and state government agencies and works with several national nonprofit organizations and associations. He is a popular keynote and session speaker at regional and national conferences.

Since 2002, Kevin has led more than 100 workshops on board governance and consulted with dozens of nonprofit organizations on a variety of board governance matters. He is passionate about helping boards and board members harness their passion to advance their organization’s purpose.

He is a lifelong learner who received his B.A. from Mercer University and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Kevin is a professional member of the National Speakers Association.
