The Certificate Program offers three courses for individuals at varying levels of servant leadership learning:
An introduction to Robert K. Greenleaf’s philosophy of a leader who first seeks to serve.
An examination of what makes a servant-leader effective.
An in-depth review of strategies and practices used by successful organizations.
The courses are completed interactively using Microsoft Teams and group discussions.
Each course is $465 (Required books at registrants expense, list provided).
“Being the first time we worked with Greenleaf Center, it was an experience in which the way and the example with which Reggie and Priscilla addressed our needs and always sought to serve, listen, be empathic, build consensus and connect with our Credo made all the difference. Doing the sessions allowed us to have good leadership reflection and understand the real meaning of being a Leader who Serves and how that translates in our world at J&J Global Services. A live example of being a servant leader. Thank you”
“Everything we discussed was important to my work and I was able to put into practice the ideas, readings, points of discussion right away.”
“A great experience--a centering, informative, reflective, opportunity for continued growth. Thank you and thanks to Jeff Miller!”
“Don did a wonderful job of arranging guest speakers for the course. We were able to hear directly from people who have extensive experience with servant-leadership implementation. It was wonderful!”
