Trustee as Servant

Facilitated by Robin Stacia

Tuition $400.00

This course will examine Robert K. Greenleaf’s perspective on the role that trustees must play to create “a substantially new institution, one that serves society much better, far ahead of anything that now exists or that is now dreamed of as possible”.  Our aim is to help trustees (for profit and non-profit) formulate their own definition of both the obligation and the opportunity in trusteeship.

Phone group sessions will occur on the following Thursday from 7:00 to 8:30 pm EST: March 22, 2018, April 26, 2018 and June 28, 2018.

To receive a Certificate in “Trustee as Servant”, the participant must:

o   Participate in forum on the website and group phone discussions

o   Read required texts and other assigned readings about servant leadership

o   Contribute in three (3) group discussions via telephone conference calls with facilitators and other participants*

o   Share insights and learning using the forum.

*NOTE: Participants may make up one (1) missed phone group discussion; Participants who miss more than one group discussion are not eligible to receive a course completion certificate.
