In 2007, plans were initiated to construct a replacement building for a Dallas-area medical facility, Parkland Hospital. To effectively assist in the project, Ann McGee-Cooper & Associates facilitated coalition-building between three major companies. At its core, collaboration by covenant, imaging and teamwork helped the process to operate smoothly. The Servant Leadership model, in essence, became the foundation of decision-making and suggested the methods of conflict resolution, although very few disagreements reduced the amount of progress made during the project.
