Greenleaf Center Annual International Conference

The Greenleaf Center’s Annual International Conference provides the opportunity for servant-leaders and those interested in Servant Leadership to meet each other, learn about servant leadership resources, and be inspired by outstanding speakers and workshop leaders. Over the years, speakers have included James Autry, Warren Bennis, Ken Blanchard, Peter Block, Max DePree, Stephen Covey, Joseph Jaworski, Laurie Beth Jones, Richard J. Leider, Ann McGee-Cooper, M. Scott Peck, Peter M. Senge, Margaret Wheatley, Lea Williams, and many other outstanding experts on leadership. There two or three dozen workshops to choose from during a number of concurrent breakout sessions, as well as a one-day pre-conference with several in-depth workshops.

Sixteen of the first 19 Greenleaf Conferences were held in Indianapolis. The conference was held in Ann Arbor in 1997, Dallas in 2007 and Milwaukee in 2009. The 20th Annual International Conference was held in Atlanta and Columbus, Georgia, in 2010.

21st Annual International Conference

Call for Workshops for the
21st Annual International Conference in Dallas

The Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership invites you to submit a proposal to lead a workshop at the 21th Annual International Conference, which will be held at the Westin Galleria in Dallas, Texas from June 8-10, 2011. Wednesday, June 8 will be the pre-conference day, and Thursday and Friday, June 9-10 will be the conference days.

We are seeking proposals for preconference workshops, which will be half-day (three hours) or full-day (six hours), as well as workshops for the conference, which will be 90 minutes each. Proposals should include a description of the workshop, biographical information about the presenter(s), and full contact information for the proposer. It is suggested that proposals be no more than 500 words.

You may propose any format for the workshop--a presentation, slides or video clips, audience participation, small group work, or any combination. Topics should relate to servant-leaders and/or servant leadership.

Proposals must be received by the Greenleaf Center by October 1, 2010. They may be sent by fax, e-mail, US Postal Service, or delivery service to:
