Certificate Program Faculty
Isabel Lopez worked for US WEST/ Mountain Bell, where she supervised hundreds of people and managed multi-million-dollar budgets. She is currently head of Lopez Leadership. Her clients include major corporations, foundations, educational institutions, government agencies, community and non-profit organizations. An active member of the community, Isabel currently serves on the board of the Institute for International Education and is chair of the Board Performance Committee.
Dr. Jeff Miller teaches leadership and organizational management courses for the University of Indianapolis and the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is the past president of the Association of Leadership Educators. Jeff will be leading the Applying the Key Practices of Servant Leadership course.
Jerry Glashagel is a Program Consultant at the Greenleaf Center. He has extensive experience with for-profit and non-profit organizations in the United States and overseas, including the YMCA, affordable housing, community banking, travel, and business development in Russia. He is the author of the forthcoming Greenleaf Center book, Servant-Institutions in Business. Jerry will be leading the Leading Servant-Institutions course.
Certificate Program Adjunct Faculty
In addition, the Greenleaf Academy will draw on the experience and insights of part-time adjunct faculty, who will participate from time to time in teleconferences with program participants. Adjunct faculty members include Greenleaf Center Board members Howard Behar, Jeff Blade, Dr. John Burkhardt, Sally Chew, Richard R. Pieper, Sr., and Dr. Kurt Takamine. Other adjunct faculty will be Dr. Don Frick, biographer of Robert Greenleaf; Dr. Kent M. Keith, Greenleaf Center CEO; Kelvin Redd, Director of the Center for Servant Leadership at the Pastoral Institute; Jack Lowe, Jr. of TDIndustries, and Ann McGee-Cooper of Ann McGee-Cooper Associates.
